A.  Both are management systems, but there are some differences in their goals and functions, as follows:

    ◆Energy management system: focuses on the monitoring and optimization of energy use, aiming to reduce consumption and operating costs through effective energy management, thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation and carbon reduction.

    ◆Production management system: focuses on the planning, execution, control and scheduling optimization of the production process, aiming to reduce manufacturing costs, improve production efficiency and ensure product quality.

These two systems can work together to further improve the overall operational efficiency of the enterprise.

◆A legal person established and registered in accordance with the law (certificating documents such as company number and factory registration certificate are required).

◆The electricity contract capacity of the applicant unit is more than 100 kilowatts.

◆The energy saving rate shall not be less than 10%.

◆Old equipment must be able to operate and be phased out or upgraded on a one-to-one basis.

◆Those who have not received subsidies from other government agencies.
